Gov. Rounds applauds North Sioux City company expansion announcement

PIERRE, S.D. – Gov. Mike Rounds today said he is pleased that Interbake Foods has announced that they will expand their North Sioux City, S.D. plant and add more than 250 high quality jobs.

"We are excited about Interbake's expansion because it will create solid jobs with solid pay and help us continue to further diversify our business environment," said the governor on the announcement.  "We are working very closely with Interbake to assist them with any of their needs, particularly in the area of workforce training"

The Governor's Office of Economic Development, along with the N. Sioux City Economic Development Corp., has been working very closely with Interbake on their expansion plans.
