Monday, September 20, Rapid City, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (MDT) - The Department of Labor will hold a Job Search Assistance Program (JSAP) at 111 New York Street, #107C.  The JSAP is designed to assist and train job seekers on how to find and secure employment.  This no-charge seminar is open to the public.  Some topics included are:  job search and retention skills, networking, the hidden job market, resumes, applications and proper interview techniques.  Parties interested in attending should register by calling 605-394-2296.  For more information, visit www.sdjobs.org.

The Sioux Falls briefing will be held in the Commons area at University Center, 4801 N. Career Drive. Michael Allgrunn and William Anderson of the Government Research Bureau at The University of South Dakota will discuss their findings from the Economic Impact Report.
