Saturday, Aug. 20, Sturgis, 10 a.m. MDT - The South Dakota Officer Candidate School Commissioning Ceremony will be held at the Sturgis Community Center. Fifteen candidates successfully completed the Officer Candidate School instruction. They will be honored along with their families and be commissioned as second lieutenants in the South Dakota Army National Guard. Brig. Gen.
