Hanson and Hennrich Plead to Theft Charges

(Pierre) –Attorney General Larry Long announced that Richard D. Hanson, 42, of Watertown and Bradley D. Hennrich, 35, of Arlington, pleaded no contest today in 3rd Circuit Court, to one count of grand theft by receiving stolen property. Hanson and Hennrich were indicted by a Brookings County Grand Jury in November 2002. Today’s pleas stem from the theft of proprietary software from their previous employer, Persona.

Sentencing has been scheduled for June 24, 2003 in Brookings. 

The case was prosecuted by Assistant Attorney General Todd Love.
