SDPB To Cover Daschle's Tech Summit
On Thursday, April 17, Web users can attend Sen. Tom Daschle's third-annual Tech Summit through South Dakota Public Broadcasting's Web site at sdpb.org.
Live streaming of each speaker will be available at sdpb.org. Following the event, each session will be archived.
Featured seminars for the Tech Summit include: energy issues, women in technology, technology and homeland defense, latest trends in telecommunications and a comparison of South Dakota's economy to other states.
The South Dakota Tech Summit was started by Sen. Tom Daschle in 2001 to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing our state and region in today's complex and emerging business environment.
