Maple Street. Friday, Sept.  21, Redfield – The state Department of Human Services' South Dakota Developmental Center will host its annual Fall Festival. Registration and a continental breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. in the Administration Building.  The opening ceremony with the Redfield High School Marching Band and Flag Corps will begin at 9 a.m. A family informational meeting will be held in the Administration Building auditorium at 9:30 a.m. The awards ceremony will be held in the campus gym at 10:45 a.m. Lunch will be in the Activity Center, beginning at 11:30 a.m. For more information, contact Ann Bottum, 605-472-4210.
