Monday, June 17, 1 p.m. CDT, Pierre – The South Dakota Board of Massage Therapy will meet at the Governor’s Inn, 700 W. Sioux Ave., in Pierre. The meeting will include a declaratory hearing regarding SDCL 36-35-12(4) and ARSD 20:76:08 requirements for approving license applications. DHS leadership will travel to different locations to meet with stakeholders and the public to talk about the plan and how it will provide a clear path forward for the department to pursue its mission. Tuesday, June 18, to Thursday, June 20, Vermillion – The South Dakota Board of Regents will meet on the campus of the University of South Dakota for its regular business meeting. Executive sessions begin Tuesday at 6 p.m. CDT and continue from 8 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. The regents’ business meeting convenes at 1:30 p.m. CDT Wednesday, June 19, in the Grand Ballroom (MUC 225) of the Muenster University Center on the USD campus. The agenda Wednesday afternoon includes annual reports from the three off-campus university centers, approval of new minors and delivery sites, and a discussion about redesigning teacher education programs. Thursday’s agenda includes informal budget hearings for the next fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014.
