Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2 p.m. CDT, Digital Dakota Network – A building committee of the South Dakota Board of Regents will meet via the Digital Dakota Network (DDN) to authorize schematic design services and begin the selection process of a construction manager at-risk to provide construction cost estimates for the proposed football stadium at South Dakota State University. DDN participants in Brookings will meet in the commons area of the Facilities Services Building, North Campus Drive, on the SDSU campus; participants in Pierre will meet in the Board of Regents’ conference room, located at 306 E.
