Wednesday, Feb. 5, 11:45 a.m. CST, Pierre, Capitol Building, first floor staircase – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will announce which South Dakota school districts are receiving the first-ever Governor’s Grants for Career & Technical Education at 11:45 a.m. CST on Wednesday, Feb. 5, in front of the first floor staircase.
