Miner County Fatal Crash

 
What: One vehicle crash

Where: 23361 434th Avenue, one half mile south of Howard
Time: 5:10 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 2015

Driver: Bradley Neises, 51, Howard, S.D., Fatal Injuries
Vehicle: 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup



HOWARD, S.D. -- A Howard, S.D., man, identified as Bradley Neises, 51, died Saturday morning in a one-vehicle crash south of Howard.


The South Dakota Highway Patrol says Neises' 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup was traveling south on 434th Avenue. The vehicle veered to the left, hit a field approach and vaulted into the east ditch. The pickup continued down the ditch 300 feet, back across the roadway, into the west ditch and rolled, stopping on the lawn of a private residence.


Neises was pronounced dead at the scene


The investigation continues. Other agencies at the scene were the Miner County Sheriff's Office, Miner County Ambulance, Willoughby Funeral Home and Howard Fire Department.


The Highway Patrol is part of the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
