Sioux Falls-based DataSync Expanding and Adding Jobs

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – An entrepreneurial success story. That’s how Pat Costello, Commissioner, Governor’s Office of Economic Development, describes DataSync Corporation, a Sioux Falls based company that is creating 20 full-time jobs during the next two years.

“This company continues to grow and thrive thanks to a culture and business environment that supports innovative entrepreneurs like Mike Vetter and Craig Anderson,” said Costello. “We are pleased we were able to put together a finance package to help meet their needs.” The company received money from the state’s Workforce Development Program.

Headquartered in Sioux Falls, DataSync began in 2004 as a one-man business operating out of the South Dakota Technology Business Center. Since then, its rapid growth has led the company to expand several times—something DataSync CEO, Craig Anderson, says is a good problem to have.

“The software engineering community, especially in Sioux Falls, continues to grow at a rapid pace. We’re constantly looking to fill positions like software developers, business analysts and network administrators, so we can keep up with our customers’ demand,” said Anderson. “We offer highly skilled tech jobs, while providing specialized training for our employees, so the workforce development funds from the GOED are beneficial as we continue to close that gap on training needs.”

DataSync is actively hiring software developers and software data engineers. Interested applicants can visit http://datasyncsolutions.com/about-us/join-our-team/. For general information about the company, please visit http://datasyncsolutions.com/.
