HILL CITY, SD – The South Dakota Department of Transportation will hold an open house style public meeting for Traffic Control Planning for the 2016 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The open house will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 5 p.m. at the 243 Deerfield Road in Hill City.
The purpose of this public meeting is to gather input on traffic control during the 2016 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The open house will be informal, with one-on-one discussion available with SDDOT staff. During this time, you will also have the opportunity to present written comments.
Between 5 and 6 p.m., SDDOT staff will be available to discuss issues, answer your questions and take your ideas and opinions on traffic control during the 2016 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. A short presentation will be given at approximately 5:15 p.m.
Notice is hereby given to individuals with disabilities that this open house/public meeting is being held in a physically accessible place.
