Saturday, June 11, Pierre – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will partake in the Outdoor University activities on the Capitol grounds which are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CDT on Saturday. Individuals and families can try kayaking, canoeing, fishing, rock climbing, bb gun shooting, archery and more at this free event. Saturday, June 11, to Tuesday, June 14, Jackson Hole, Wyoming – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will attend the Western Governors’ Association 2016 Annual Meeting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Saturday, June 11, 10 a.m. CDT, Sioux Falls – Lt. Gov. Matt Michels will serve as the emcee for the 75th Anniversary of the USS South Dakota Band Concert at 12th and Kiwanis Avenue in Sioux Falls.
Friday, June 17, 10 a.m. CDT, Beresford – Lt. Gov. Matt Michels will be in Beresford, S.D., on Friday, June 17, to cut the ribbon at the new Dakota Metals facility. The 30- to 45-minute event will be held at 10 a.m. CDT at 501 N 16th Ave, Beresford, S.D. Guided tours and refreshments will be available.
