SDDA Available to Answer Questions at Dakotafest


PIERRE, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Agriculture (SDDA) encourages farmers and ranchers to stop by the SDDA booth during Dakotafest.

 

Staff from SDDA’s five divisions will be on-hand to answer questions on tree planting and care, weed and pest control issues, grant and loan availability, the County Site Analysis Program and more.

 

Dakotafest will be held Aug. 16-18 at the Schlaffman Farm at Mitchell, S.D. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16 and Wednesday Aug. 17. Hours on Thursday, Aug. 18 are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

 

The SDDA booth is #3107, which is located in one of the big, white tents near the center of the grounds.
