I-190/Silver Street Construction Project: Exit 57 Closure

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation says Interstate 90 Exit 57 to southbound I-190 in Rapid City will be temporarily closed from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 9. 

Motorists are asked to use I-90 Exits 55 and 58 as alternate routes during the closure.

This temporary closure is necessary to repair concrete barriers that were damaged as a result of an accident earlier this week. 

Reede Construction of Aberdeen is the prime contractor on this $34 million project.
