Governor’s Ag Summit Tour Locations Announced
PIERRE, S.D. – The eighth annual South Dakota Governor’s Agricultural Summit will take place July 12-13, 2017, at the Dakota Event Center in Aberdeen. Tours of innovative agricultural locations will take place on July 12. Due to space constraints, only a limited number of attendees will be able to attend the tours. To reserve a spot on the tour, register at www.sdagsummit.com. Registration will be open until June 30.
Tours include:
• Swine Robotics Inc., Leola SD
• Bieber Red Angus, Leola SD
• Grasslands Hutterite Colony, Westport, SD
Swine Robotics is a South Dakota owned and operated factory creating innovative technology for pork production. Lunch will then be provided at Bieber Red Angus with a tour of their facilities. To round out the day is a tour of the Grasslands Hutterite Colony in Westport. Tour participants will be given an inside look of what life is like on a Hutterite Colony.
