Friday, Feb. 2, 12 p.m. CST, Governor’s Large Conference Room, Capitol Building, Pierre – Gov. Dennis Daugaard will hold a press conference at 12 p.m. CST on Friday, Feb. 2, in the Governor’s Large Conference Room on the second floor of the Capitol Building.
