Vista Care to Offer Services in South Dakota
PIERRE, S.D. – Vista Care has obtained a provisional certification through the South Dakota Department of Human Services (DHS) to become a Community Support Provider (CSP).
“Vista Care brings a significant track record in providing quality person centered supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” said DHS Division of Developmental Disabilities Director Darryl Millner.
Vista Care is expected to begin providing services in the state on July 1, 2019.
“Vista Care is pleased to begin partnership with the Division of Developmental Disabilities’ Office of Community Living to provide supports and services to the people in Pierre and Mobridge, South Dakota. We are committed to providing quality services, improving the lives of people and are excited to be joining these communities. We are looking forward to July 1when we officially begin providing services,” said Vista Care CEO Robert Bachicha.
In addition to receiving provisional certification, Vista Care will become the home and community-based services provider for the people supported by Oahe, Inc. Effective July 1, Oahe, Inc. will no longer operate as a CSP.
Vista Care will hold two public question and answer sessions leading up to their start date.

Vista Care provides in-home supportive services, residential and day services and respite programs to individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities.
