RAPID CITY, S.D. – The South Dakota Department of Transportation says construction will start for concrete curb & gutter installation on Highway 14A east of Deadwood on Tuesday Sept. 3, 2019.

Eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane while crews are installing the curb & gutter.

This work is being done to re-direct the flow of water along the roadway to minimize erosion of the shoulder.

Complete Concrete, Inc., of Rapid City is the prime contractor on this $161,000 project.

This project has an overall completion date of Nov. 1, 2019
