South Dakota Department of Agriculture Requests Input to Revise the Coordinated Plan for Natural Resources

PIERRE, S.D. -  The South Dakota Department of Agriculture (SDDA) is revising the 2012 Coordinated Plan for Natural Resources (the Plan) and is requesting public input.

The SDDA is seeking public and agency input on the current conditions of South Dakota’s natural resources and would like to know what conservation issues are important for the future. To gain input, the SDDA is hosting a series of seven open house meetings across the state to speak directly with the public and discuss a broad range of topics regarding the revisions of the Plan. Each open house meeting will have technical staff present.

Attendees are welcome to arrive any time during the meeting and the same information will be presented at each meeting.
