Flags at Half-Staff Statewide in Honor of the Victims of the Shooting in Allen, Texas

PIERRE, S.D. – Today, Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be flown at half-staff Statewide from sunrise until sunset on Thursday, May 11^th, 2023, in honor of the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on May 6^th, 2023, in Allen, Texas.
