Multiple Loans Approved at Monthly Meeting

PIERRE, SD –The South Dakota Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) Board of Economic Development took action at this month’s meeting.

Maxwell Construction, LLC of Scotland, doing business as E-Z Flo Grain Handling Systems, was approved for a SD Works loan in the amount of $1,851,312. Funding will be used for construction of a 100,000 square foot building.

TM Industries, LLC of Parkston was approved for a Revolving Economic Development and Initiative (REDI) loan totaling $1,800,000 for construction of a larger facility.

Cole-TAC, LLC of Rapid City was approved for a SD Works loan totaling $343,800 for construction of an additional 10,000 square feet of manufacturing space to an existing building.

Barbeque Twist, LLC of Aberdeen was approved for a SD Works loan totaling $89,875 for equipment, furniture, and fixtures for a new restaurant.
