Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of the Victims of the Lewiston Tragedy

PIERRE, S.D. – Today, Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide effective immediately until sunset on October 30^th, in honor of the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on October 25, 2023, in Lewiston, Maine.
