Governor Rhoden to Address Joint Session of the South Dakota Legislature

PIERRE, S.D. – Governor Larry Rhoden will address a joint session of the South Dakota Legislature at the special session on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 9:30 am CT/8:30 am MT. This address will take place in the South Dakota House of Representatives.
