Talent Tuesday Hiring Event in Yankton 

PIERRE, S.D. – The Department of Labor and Regulation, together with Yankton Thrive and Riverfront Broadcasting, is launching an exciting new initiative, Talent Tuesday, on Tuesday, Jan. 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. CST at 3113 Spruce St., Suite 124. 

Talent Tuesday is a free event designed to connect job seekers with local employment opportunities while showcasing the region’s thriving workforce. Area employers will be on site to highlight their businesses, company culture, benefits, and current job openings.

Participating employers include ASTEC Industries, Avera Health, and WNAX Five State Media Group. Attendees should bring a resume, be prepared to discuss experience and career goals, and come ready to apply for jobs and possibly interview on the same day.

To support job seekers, the Department of Labor and Regulation will have Chromebooks available on-site, allowing attendees to search and apply for jobs during the event.
