Gov. Rhoden Signs Executive Order 2026-05

PIERRE, S.D. – Today, Governor Larry Rhoden signed Executive Order 2026-05, which adds Ziebach County to the Central South Dakota Enhancement District (CSDED).

CSDED is a voluntary association of local governments working together to improve quality of life, create job opportunities, and increase services and opportunities available in their area. Ziebach County, by a vote of its County Commission, requested to be included in the CSDED.
