State Prison Inmate Doyle Toering Dies

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.- State prison inmate Doyle Toering has died.

Toering, 42, was found unresponsive in his cell at the South Dakota State Penitentiary on Sept. 29. Efforts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.

Toering was serving multiple sentences out of Minnehaha County for possession of child pornography.
