Inmate Matthew Richard in custody

RAPID CITY, S.D.- State prison inmate Matthew Richard is back in custody.

Richard was arrested in Pennington County on March 21. He left his community service work site in Rapid City without authorization March 12.

Richard, age 18, is currently serving a 10-year sentence from Pennington County for Robbery 2nd.
