Inmate Wesley Hammond back in custody

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

HURON, S.D.- A state prison inmate placed on escape status is back in custody.

Inmate Wesley Hammond left a housing unit for minimum-security inmates in Huron without authorization Sept. 5. He was apprehended in Huron on Sept. 6 by a DOC staff member.
